The 2018 MACE Compensation and Benefits Survey is now live!
The MACE Compensation and Benefits Survey was started in 2008 to provide chambers of commerce a tool to help identify competitive salaries and benefits for their employees. MACE has issued this survey every other year since then, making this the sixth version of the survey. It has continued to prove itself useful to chambers by allowing them to compare themselves with hundreds of other chambers in the region.
Only one survey is to be completed for each participating chamber, so please have the following information available:
-Chief Executive Profile Information
-Payroll and Staff Information
The deadline to complete the survey is March 8th.
Please note that it is possible to save your progress in the survey and continue it at a later date.
In order to save your progress:
Survey progress cannot be saved until you advance to the 2nd page of the survey. After progress has been made click on the "Save and continue survey later" located at the top of the page. After clicking it will prompt you to enter a valid email address. Once your email is entered simply click the "Save" button. An email with a new link will be sent to the provided address for you to continue the survey where you left off.
Much like in any industry, it is crucial for successful chambers of commerce to benchmark themselves against their peers in the industry and take advantage of best practices. It is with this goal in mind that the Mid-America Chamber Executives presents the 2018 Compensation & Benefits Survey.
As a thank you to all the chamber executives and staff that take the time to fill out the survey, MACE provides the survey report free of charge to participant chambers. Participants will receive an email from MACE with your unique participant coupon code. For non-participating chambers, they will be able to view results for a fee.
The data collected will be kept confidential and will only be reported on in a cumulative fashion.
