    Kyle Sexton
    Remembership
    Kyle Sexton is an award-winning marketing strategist and international speaker and author on the topics of membership development, marketing and innovation. He was recognized in 2011 by Chamber Executive magazine as one of the most influential innovators in the chamber of commerce industry.
    He is the chamber industry's foremost authority on membership tiers, and guides organizations through the transition from a traditional dues method to value-based tiers. His research and methods have been featured in industry publications, as well as national conventions and regional conferences. 
    Kyle's innovative social media accelerator has been featured in The Wall Street Journal and is the author of Follow You Anywhere and ReMembership - New Strategies for Remarkable Membership Organizations. 
    Kyle's presentation will be based on his book, Remembership. Kyle says, "In the five years since first publishing Remembership, I've been working with chambers and associations across North America, implementing effective new tools and strategies that help boards and executives make better decisions about their future. The ideas in this book are important for membership organizations, membership development professionals, and their board members.     Look Great in the Inbox: The 7 don'ts of Email Design
    Erin is an Engagement Marketing and Strategic Partnership Expert with Constant Contact.  She is also a National Speaker and Trainer for Google’s Get Your Business Online Program.  Her business focus is to educate and inspire small business success in all things related to digital marketing.  She promises that you will leave today with simple, easy tips to immediately make your marketing better. 
    On her journey to today, she was an award winning CEO for a Chamber of Commerce and top of the team in the indirect sales channel of a major corporation.  With 20 years experience working for and with small businesses, non profits, and associations, she has seen it all: the good, the bad, and the unmentionables too.  She holds degrees in Marketing and Business Administration, along with a minor in French that she has never used.  
    What you really want to know is that she is a Northern Michigan native, is one of 13 children, has three sons, a husband and a mortgage.  Her four main addictions in life are travelling, music, boating and bubbles.  Boy-  I can’t wait to see what she has to say!

    Registration Refund:
    Refunds will be issued if the registrant cancels 5 days prior to the event starting date.

    Cancellations received after the stated deadline will not be eligible for a refund. Cancellations will be accepted in writing only and must be received by the stated cancellation deadline.

    The event refund minus a 10% processing fee will be issued back to the credit/debit card used for the registration, or under special circumstances a check will be issued to the chamber on file that made the registration.

    If the registered attendee is unable to attend the event, substitutions ARE allowed.  Substitutions must be made at the time of the cancelation request and coordinated with the staff event manager.
