Featured Speaker: Jay Handler, Membership180
These are trying times for the Chamber industry. No matter what part of the country I visit, Chamber professionals are faced with financial uncertainty, staffing challenges, pressures from within (and without) like we've never seen before. There has never been a period of time with more Chambers closing or more Chamber professionals retiring. And yet, you keep going. You and your team keep showing up. Your Board is still behind you, supporting you as best they can. Well, I want to share a story with you. It's a story about hope amidst abject poverty. It's a story about strength in the face of incredible weakness. It's a story of resilience walking hand in hand with fear. And at MACE's Virtual Conference, I'll share that story with all of you. I hope you'll be there........ Jay
