The MACE board of directors is composed of no less than 14 and no more than 18 directors, nominated by the members of MACE for a two-year term. The directors represent each of the five states in MACE, and the board also includes a representative from the U.S. Chamber of Commerce and a representative from the conference host city’s local chamber.
